Driver License Restoration

Whether your revocation or restriction is due to a drunk driving conviction or an unsatisfactory
driving record, Michigan drivers are entitled to a hearing before hearing officer at the Driver
Assessment and Appeal Division of the Secretary of State.  Moreover, even if the Secretary of
State denies your request for restoration, you may still be eligible to appeal that decision to the
appropriate circuit court.  In fact, specific evidence must be presented to the Michigan Secretary
of State in order to restore driving privileges, and our office will advise, counsel, and represent
you through every step of the process from license revocation to full restoration.
